Stories Swiss Re A few years ago, a business colleague and friend asked if I’d be interested in contributing to a publication that the giant reinsurance company, Swiss Re, was putting together. She was working for Swiss Re Life & Health in London at the time. The publication was entitled, Key Success Factors in the Direct Marketing of Life Insurance. The article I wrote for this publication was accompanied by graphics depicting the various components in a direct mail package for term life insurance. The package was developed for a large credit card insurer venturing into the direct marketing of life insurance. Due to the very stringent requirements of a Non Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, that kit can’t be shown here. But here is the article that insurance company executives the world over consult when they need an introduction to, or a refresher course in, the basic guidelines for direct marketing term life insurance. |
